Villa 16 Newish development (apx 1 yr ) Very nice pool - Pool towels are not provided Open plan kitchen/diner & living room, didn’t feel very spacious due to all the sections of the living space being all in close proximity of each other. Upon arrival there were many ants in the kitchen area. We resolved it with insect repellent. Description had no mention of all the air-conditioning units in the bedrooms and kitchen are set on 2 hour timers. Very much a nuisance during the day/night to constantly have to switch them back on in the middle of the July heatwave. Development is filled with other holiday makers, some very excitable in particular at 6am with their morning swims. Xenios (the host) was not reachable via his mobile number given. Instead we had dealings with his colleagues. Villa is conveniently located only a 4-5 minute drive to the beach/Protaras strip and apx 20 min walk to Lidl/Protaras strip//beach. There were other sporadic shops/restaurants nearer.
The place was modern, well equipped, host was extremely helpful :).
We absolutely enjoyed our stay over Christmas. We booked 3 villas next to each other and it was plenty of room for all of us. The homes are well furnished and equipped We enjoyed use of the heated pools, the weather was lovely and sunny most days and we were able to explore the nearby beach and towns. It was really handy having the Lidl supermarket within walking distance. Nicholas was responsive to email’s when needed. A great host. We will definitely be back in Cyprus.
Hi, We had a great stay. 10 people in the house is no problem. The pictures are correct, and the information is precise. But there were a few things that we would like to comment on. - Capacity in the house is 10, but only 8 sunbeds - The dishwasher is old and did not wash well.
