Upon entering Villa Alfredo, you'll step into a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, surrounded by expansive patio doors that open onto the garden and pool area. The living room features a cozy corner sofa, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and a reliable WIFI connection. The dining area comfortably accommodates 8 guests, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances for your convenience, including a breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll discover four spacious and modern bedrooms, each outfitted with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a shower, a double bed, and stunning sea views.
