About Anchora
Villa Anchora lies in the very heart of Coral Bay Peyia Cyprus, minutes from the best beaches in paphos. The lively Coral Bay strip is packed with shops and restaurants, cafés and bars, so everything you need is right on hand.
To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.
Villa Anchora is furnished in full CVR signature style. It has 1 double bedroom on the ground floor with patio doors leading out onto the terrace overlooking the pool area, a bathroom with walk-in shower, stylish and comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 with games (available on request), a dining area to accommodate 6 guests and a fully fitted modern kitchen. On the first floor you will find another double bedroom leading out onto a furnished balcony with sea view and a twin bedroom also leading out onto a sea facing furnished balcony, there is also a shared family bathroom. One floor up there is a lovely roof terrace to enjoy the fabulous view of the sea and Paphos coastline.
Outside there is a terrace with dining table and comfy seating area, down a couple of steps takes you to a private pool (heating, optional extra), optional jacuzzi/spa – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body. Experience luxurious hydrotherapy at its finest, with adjustable jet settings and an ergonomic design for ultimate comfort. Elevate your holiday villa experience with this indulgent retreat, tailored for year-round satisfaction! There are also luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas and BBQ. There is a covered area with a ping pong table for your entertainment.
The best thing about Villa Anchora is the location, whilst it is tucked away in a nice quiet corner, it is just 5 minutes walk to the main strip of Coral Bay full of fantastic restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre. The lovely Coral Bay Beach is within walking distance and there is a main bus route on the strip.

Villa Anchora, Coral Bay, October 2025 This has now been our 3rd holiday in Cyprus with Cyprus Villa Retreats. We returned to Villa Anchora in Carol Bay and stayed in the Villa for 2 weeks in October. Once again from booking the Villa to heading home CVR were first class! The Villa was well presented on arrival and super clean. Any teething problems were sorted fast as always. Can't recommend them high enough and we're already planning our return in 2026! Thanks Again CVR.

All 6 of us really enjoyed our stay at Villa Anchora. The location was perfect, only 5 min walk to the main strip of Coral Bay but in a nice quiet street. The villa was clean on arrival, we had one small issue with red ants around the pool whilst we were there but this was sorted almost immediately by the support team. Booking and check in experience was easy, all info provided via email for a smooth check in. Would book again!
5 star service 2nd time at Villa Anchora in Coral Bay. Very clean, great pool and hot tub, guest services respond very quickly, dealing with any requests or problems promptly. Great air con through out. A very relaxing holiday. Highly recommend
Villa Anchora Villa Retreats were excellent from start to finish, the only improvement area was you cannot pay by credit card online they had to send a separate link but it was still quick and efficient. Positives of villa Good location well equipped Pool Table & table tennis were a nice break from the sun View from roof terrace was lovely Negatives Main bedroom bed creaked horrendously and was too low to the ground 2nd bedrooms air con smelt of damp Pool area was a disappointment, bottom of pool was cracked, dirty tiles around the outside looked tired and worn. Outside walls were in need of restoration Very close to neighbours
