The first-floor kitchen is a culinary haven equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, hob & oven, and a modern coffee machine. Villa Ava also features a private pool and outdoor dining facilities, inviting you to bask in the sun and indulge in al fresco meals.

This villa also boasts free access to the facilities supplied by the neighbouring by louis hotel: Cleaning 6 times per week, change of linen & towels 3 times per week, turn down service 6 times per week, welcome treat in the villa (sparkling wine, beverages in the fridge, fresh fruit basket), daily replenishment of the coffee and tea facilities.
