The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, and the kitchen is outfitted with comprehensive appliances and utensils. A convenient bathroom with shower is also located on this level.

Ascending upstairs, two bedrooms await, each furnished with double beds, open wardrobes, and bedside cabinets. A doorway in the hallway opens onto a small balcony with seating, offering a tranquil spot outdoors. The main family bathroom, complete with shower is also situated on this floor.

Descending to the lower ground floor, accessed from the living room, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. One double and one twin, both featuring open wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and doors opening onto a shared patio with seating. Additionally, this level boasts a reception area with a corner sofa bed and widescreen TV. Another bathroom with shower completes the accommodations on this floor.

Throughout the villa, full air conditioning and Wi-Fi ensure comfort and connectivity.

Outside, the villa's expansive garden is a highlight, offering a barbecue area, shaded dining space for 8 people, an additional seating area with a small table and chairs, two hanging chairs, sun loungers, and a large private pool. Ideal for leisurely days under the Cyprus sun and evenings of relaxation and entertainment. Optional pool heating is available for an additional daily fee.
