Villa Christina has been totally remodelled both inside and out, offering a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. The villa is now very modern in function, featuring all new appliances and the latest technology throughout, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. The open-plan layout of the villa seamlessly integrates modern design with its distinctive charm.
Upon entering, you’ll find a comfortable lounge equipped with a large OLED TV and a PlayStation 5 with a selection of games. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all new appliances, making meal preparation a delight. The outdoor area has also been revamped, featuring a top-of-the-line ceramic Primco BBQ, similar to the Big Green Egg, perfect for outdoor cooking enthusiasts. The cosy rooftop terrace with ambient lighting offers a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying the stunning views.
Upstairs, the villa offers three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower, with private balconies from which the panoramic views are truly breathtaking. There is also a separate family shower room on this level. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a separate family shower room. On this level you will also find an additional annexed double room with its own private shower,
The villa’s location provides peace and tranquillity while being a short drive from the Coral Bay Strip, with its top beaches, restaurants, bars, and shops. The surrounding area includes the charming village of Peyia, St. George, and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park to the west, and Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos to the east.
Several patio doors lead to the lovely pool area, which includes an outside dining and soft seating area, a unique walk-in infinity pool (heating optional extra), luxury sunbeds, and a heavenly jacuzzi/spa with massage jets (optional extra). The versatile all-season jacuzzi is perfect for a steamy winter soak or a refreshing summer dip, offering luxurious hydrotherapy with adjustable jet settings for ultimate comfort. There’s also a ping pong table for your entertainment.

Pobyt ogólnie uważam za udany bardzo ładny dom, czysto, kontakt z gospodarzem na plus. Bardzo szybkie zameldowanie. Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica. Niestety brakowało nam podgrzewanego basenu, na którym nam zależało najbardziej i pytałem gospodarza wielokrotnie czy będzie podgrzewany basen i zapewniał, że tak. Finalnie basen podgrzany nie był co bardzo nas zawiodło ponieważ było to słabsza bardzo ważne. Reszta bez zastrzeżeń.

My rating is based on the host's final response to a significant safety issue, not the property in general, which was otherwise as described. In one of the bedrooms, the ceiling fan detached and fell, landing on our daughter while she was in bed. We reported this immediately. A representative from the agency visited the property, documented the incident with a report, and acknowledged the seriousness of the situation at the time. However, after two weeks of subsequent communication, the host's final proposed resolution was a 35% discount toward a future stay at one of their properties. We explained to the host that we do not consider this a suitable resolution. An offer that requires us to book a future stay does not, in our opinion, adequately address the incident that occurred. We are sharing this factual account because we believe a host's character is truly revealed when things go wrong, and future guests may find it helpful to know how this host manages a critical safety issue.

Really nice and confortable villa. And the host was very responsive.
Overall a charming private villa with a great pool, hot tub, and surroundings. Inside was very comfortable, beds great, furniture comfy, kitchen well stocked. Modern and up to date, and great for our family of 6 (2 parents, 4 children). The only real downside is that communication was challenging due to this being connected to a large chain of other AirBnB's. This means no one welcomes you to show you around and get acquainted with the place, and that made for some difficult settling in. What was worse is that you are supposed to only ask questions via email with responses taking some time and there is zero texting or phone call communication. But after you are settled, the place shines, and is overall a really comfortable and enjoyable place to live in.
