The open-plan layout seamlessly merges the living room, kitchen, and dining area, optimizing the utilization of space. Enhancing your leisure, a widescreen TV with full satellite channels and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout at your disposal. The dining area accommodates 8 persons, complemented by a sleek, fully fitted kitchen complete with modern appliances and a breakfast bar. Bi-fold patio doors envelop the ground floor, revealing a landscaped garden, BBQ, and pool area outside. A convenient shower room is also located on this level.
Ascending to the upper floor unveils three bedrooms, each boasting balconies with delightful views. The master double bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 offer two single beds convertible into doubles, adorned with fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor and is equipped with a shower.
The expansive garden beckons with a built-in barbecue area, complete with a worktop, sink, and seating for delightful outdoor dining. Sun loungers surround the sizable private pool, creating a tranquil haven.

Clean modern good location Building work going on around the property
Excellent location for Villa 1 Olivine. Good grounds and pool area. Can’t really fault it. Walk between the Villa and the centre of Protarus is not yet fully paved and you have to walk on an unlit road some of the time and quite busy with traffic at times. There are building works underway directly opposite, which proved to be quite noisy on week days. We were not warned of this. I would imagine that these will be finished by next season. No pool towels are provided, although they can at an extra cost of 10€ (not a deposit). Disappointed that these were not included as more or less everything else is. Some small negatives, but would definitely recommend this particular Villa.
This Villa is lovely and we spent 10 wonderful days here. It had everything we needed for self catering, and relaxing in outdoor area on sun loungers and swimming pool. The beach is a ten minute walk away and access to great restaurants and evening entertainment if desired. Any queries were responded to promptly and an issue with AC unit when reported was dealt with within 12 hours. Friendly, helpful support from Xenios arranging airport transfers and as we had a return flight late evening we were able to extend our check out time until 8.30 pm for a reasonable fee. The open plan downstairs area was perfect on the morning of my daughter’s wedding, when preparing for the event there was plenty of space for the hairdresser, make up artists and photographers to do their job. Staying at the villa enhanced the wedding occasion which was very special for us and helped create beautiful memories. I look forward to coming back. Thank you.
Great place to stay, the pool/sunbed area was great in the day. 5 min walk from the main strip in protarus.
