This was our second stay at the Villa. We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this villa and would happily return. The villa is located in a secure gated community, which made us feel very safe and relaxed throughout our trip. The property itself was lovely — clean, spacious, and well-maintained — and the pool was definitely a highlight. Perfect for relaxing during the day and enjoying quiet evenings. The location was excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, and it was also very easy to find on arrival. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.
Everything was perfect from check-in, communication prior our stay, messaging to make sure all was okay whilst there and the villa was perfect and kept really nice, new and clean. We stayed here for our wedding and it was the perfect villa were we could enjoy some alone time. Upon arrival we were even greeted with flowers, wine and a nice card to say congratulations. Would 100% recommend
1 semaine de décompression et de zénitude.. dans un logement très agréable et fonctionnel.. Tout était parfait. Calme et serein. Nous avons découvert Chypre dans de très bonnes conditions. La plage à proximité [5mn en voiture], Paphos, Omodos, le Rocher d'Aphrodite....que de belles découvertes. A notre arrivée tardive, nous avions de quoi faire un petit en cas et un petit déjeuner pour le lendemain.. L'accueil est parfait. Merci infiniment pour cet hébergement de choix qui nous a permis de nous fabriquer de beaux souvenirs.
Ein sehr schönes Haus. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt durch einen privaten Eingang der nur für Bewohner der Anlage zugänglich ist. Matheos stand uns bei Fragen zur Seite und antwortete freundlich. Zusammengefasst eine sehr schönes Haus, das viel zu bieten hat. Gerne wieder
Villa Akakia was beautiful! It had everything that we needed! The pool was outstanding, and so spent most days there and even the hot tub was used a couple of times!! It’s a quiet area in a gated complex and we felt totally safe and encountered no issues. The actual villa was exceptionally clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! Porto Antico Restaurant was our favourite restaurant and Coral Bay was good to visit with bars and shops! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday!!
A beautiful villa with great hosts, quiet and peaceful, supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away by car. Sun all day on the terrace and pool but great shaded area to sit outside. Best beaches 5 minutes away by car and easy parking. Absolutely rate this place and would be happy to return time and time again.
