This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.
The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.
To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.
The villa is a wonderfully modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa that combines luxury and extravagance with all the facilities you will need. The open plan ground floor has a modern lounge area with large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Plus a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views.
Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals, gas BBQ, luxury sunbeds and ping pong table for your entertainment. The amazing infinity pool has a decked sunbathing area for you to stay cool while you drink in those stunning sea views. There is also a hot tub that will be filled ready for your arrival. The amazing views, which are the silver lining of this villa, embrace the stunning Paphos coastline and mountains behind.

Das Haus ist super um in einer größeren Gruppe zu vereisen. Viel Platz (innen und außen), große Küche um zusammen zu kochen und ein großer Outdoorgrill. Der Whirlpool ist beheizt In der Küche und im Bad könnte etwas besser geputzt werden - aber in Summe trotzdem ordentlich

This property is absolutely stunning, the decor is to die for and the location is beautiful. The property is extremely clean. The property outside did not look like the photos provided. There were no cushions upon the Sun lounges on arrival when I asked regarding this they provided me with damaged cushions due to the last guest they explained. Paying this amount for such a beautiful villa and not able to sunbathe outside unless you’re lay on wooden post is not good enough. The property was full of red ants which the staff did come and sort out as soon as I complained about that. The pool filter was not working Correctly and the pool was not clear at all. I did complain about this to the staff and it took them three days to even come out after multiple complaints to look at the pool which nothing was done about it. It had green algae in it which has led to both my children having an infections.
The property is beautifully designed and furnished. Privacy is really good, even though it’s close to a number of other villas. A quiet residential location, handy for supermarket, bakery etc. with a spectacular view to the sea and mountains. Great walking trails on the doorstep. Communication prior to arrival was lacking. No-one met us on arrival and we didn’t know how to get in, but after a phone call to the host we found the key. After that our stay was wonderful.
Elea villa was beautiful! Very spacious and beautifully decorated with a fabulous view. We spent a relaxing 10 days here for our family holiday/out wedding. The beds were so comfortable, lots of space very modern, great location although would recommend hiring a car. Polite and professional staff. A real shame that some things there were worn and damaged. Not what you expect when paying this amount. A rip in the sun lounger and a missing lay down cushion for the wooden sun lounger, would take much to get replaced. Huge crack in glass balcony in room with just shower, because of this my daughter was not able to go out on the balcony as to me it didn’t look safe. Lastly on arrival window sill in bathroom was full of dust and glass on balcony was filthy. Handprints on glass throughout the building and downstairs toilet light was not working. Again not the cleanliness you expect but it didn’t really affect our stay.
