This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.
The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts golden shore beaches Coralia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.
To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.
The villa is an ultra modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa that oozes luxury as soon as you step through the door. The open plan ground floor has a designer corner sofa, large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Plus a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views.
Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals, gas BBQ, luxury sunbeds and ping pong table for your entertainment. The amazing infinity pool has a decked sunbathing area for you to stay cool while you drink in those stunning sea views. There is also a hot tub that will be filled ready for your arrival. The stunning views from this villa encompass the Paphos coastline and mountains behind.

We hebben erg genoten van deze prachtige, ruime en lichte villa. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, en het is een heerlijk huis om met familie of vrienden te verblijven. Fantastic ultra modern villa with a lovely infinity pool and amazing sea views from the bedrooms and balconies. The villa is in a nice gated community setting of 5/6 villa with key fob access. Hire car is a must for this villa. If being totally honest the improvements that could made would be an housekeeping option every other day to help control the little biting ants that seem to be everywhere inside and out. Also the external tiling around the pool can be extremely slippery when wet otherwise everything else was amazing.

couldn’t recommend this villa enough! It is exactly like the photos, the views are breathtaking and the facilities are great! We made full use of all of the outside spaces, pool, hot tub and table tennis table! With 6 adults (3 couples) it was the perfect space for us to all enjoy our own space and time together! Coral bay is a 10 euro taxi from the villa and If you need some local places to eat we really enjoyed Phil’s! All in all could not fault this villa we are already talking about staying again next year! Not a negative as we hired cars but things are not in walking distance so would recommend hiring cars! Local taxis are cheap though it was around 10 euro to get to coral bay
