Lovely villa set in a great location with nice views and facilities. Welcome food pack was nice We felt there could be some improvements based on another villa we stayed in at the location... - No where to hang wet towels - No complimentary bathrobes for the hot tub - Despite saying included, Toiletries and toilet paper were not replaced through the week until asked and then only limited supplied - Keys and key fobs did not work as described and could have easily been locked out - No manual/welcome information about how things work.... wasn't aware of the electric blinds to improve television viewing until later in the week. No information about where to put full bin bags, where the broom and mop is stored - No light around the BBQ area making it difficult to see and cook in the evening. - No one checked the hot tub for the entire 10 days - Had to message as no one had checked the pool at it had gone cloudy and levels slightly incorrect, found white bits in swimwear turned green. - Pool towels do not cover the sunbed cushion and when hot, the cushions are so hot you cannot put your skin on the cushion... ended up having to use T Shirts
The property was very clean and tidy and had everything we could ever require on holiday! Genuinely nothing - it was great!
