This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.
The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, there are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.
To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.
The villa is a deluxe 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with super modern finishes and wonderful finishing touches. The open plan ground floor has a fresh, welcoming lounge area with large flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels and feature fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is fresh and contemporary complete with a large island/breakfast bar with seating. The first of the 3 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, a twin room with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to the pool area. There is also a guest cloakroom on this floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom containing both a walk-in shower and free-standing bath with a view! Plus a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and private balcony with fabulous views.
Back downstairs there are several patio doors leading you out to the poolside. There are soft seating areas for relaxing, dining table and chairs to enjoy al fresco meals, gas BBQ, luxury sunbeds and ping pong table for your entertainment. The amazing infinity pool has a suspended decked area which you can use to sunbathe while dipping your feet in the cool water and taking in those awesome sea views. There is also a hot tub that will be filled ready for your arrival. The tranquil poolside area allows you to eat, drink, swim, sunbathe and relax, all whilst enjoying the wonderful vista and the ocean oh so blue.

Wir waren schon das 2te mal in der Villa Ocean Blue und sind erneut begeistert. Es sieht exakt aus wie auf den Bildern, der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist perfekt für ein Mietauto. Die Anlage beinhaltet mehrere Ferienhäuser im gleichen Stil. Gesichert ist die Anlage durch ein Tor, welches sich elektrisch mit Code oder auf Knopfdruck mit dem Schlüssel öffnen lässt. Der Whirlpool und Pool sind perfekt zum entspannen und die Liegen laden zum Sonnenbaden ein. Der Fernseher bietet die Möglichkeit sich bei Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime , Disney Plus und DAZN einzuloggen. Jedes Zimmer bietet ein eigenes Bad und jeder Raum ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Die Küche ist hochwertig und gut ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber ist via WhatsApp schnell erreichbar und antwortet zeitnah. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir Wasser und einige Snacks, so dass wir erst am nächsten Tag einkaufen mussten. Es gibt aber auch mehrere 24h Kioske/Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Ein Mietwagen sollte man dringend buchen, da sowohl Paphos als auch umliegende Restaurants am einfachsten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
