This villa is part of an exclusive gated community of superior quality villas located at the top of Peyia Village, close to Coral Bay. The location affords you the most stunning views over the Paphos coastline and mountains. Peyia, which is around a 3 minute drive, is a charming Cypriot village full of tavernas, bars, restaurants, good local shops and amenities.
The bustling and popular Coral Bay Strip is only a 3 minute drive away and boasts blue flag beaches Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, as well as other near by beaches, like Lara Beach and Laourou Beach. There are many restaurants with local and international cuisine to choose from along with an array of bars, many with live music throughout the week and plenty of shopping opportunities. There is also a little amusement park for the younger ones with a fantastic mini golf course to keep the older ones entertained.
To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.
The villa is a romantic 2 bedroom villa offering complete privacy and seclusion with a wonderful intimate garden looking over the curve of the Paphos coastline and striking mountains. This one storey villa has an open plan living area with comfortable lounge, flat screen TV with multi-lingual channels, Bluetooth speakers and feature fireplace. The kitchen has all the mod-cons you will need including a breakfast bar with seating. There is a double bedroom with sumptuous roll-top, free-standing bath perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the most amazing views whilst you relax in the warm bubbles. There is a spacious twin bedroom and shared shower room along with a guest cloakroom. There is air-conditioning in all areas.
Outside the private garden has a wonderful infinity pool, sunbeds, dining table & chairs, gas BBQ and built-in stone bench seating and a luxurious hot tub which will be filled ready for your arrival, ideally placed to drink in those wonderful sea and mountain views, under the beautiful Cyprus sun where you’ll be in great company with the Greek goddess of light, Thea!
