To the west lies St. George and the Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the east past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos. There are a number of golf courses to recommend along with some fantastic wineries and wine tours.

In addition to the primary residence, there are two annexes accessible via the garden area. This captivating villa is set over 2 floors, blending rustic architectural elements with modern decor. The ground floor, designed with an open concept, begins with a cosy living space featuring a flat-screen TV with English speaking channels, it also includes a spacious dining area furnished with a large table and chairs. The kitchen area showcases an elegant design, harmoniously blending granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and wooden cabinets, it is fully equipped with all essential kitchen amenities and provides generous storage and prep space through numerous cabinets, there is a separate utility room extending from the kitchen, housing a washing machine, sink and an additional gas hob and oven. This level features a family shower room and a double bedroom with access to the outdoor space through patio doors.

As you ascend to the first floor, two additional bedrooms await: a double bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom with patio doors to a shared balcony and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower and patio doors leading to the shared balcony overlooking the captivating vistas of the sea, mountains and the pool area.  For larger groups, there’s more lodging available via external access where you will find 2 extra twin bedrooms situated on the ground floor of the main residence, one of these twins has an additional two single beds on the mezzanine level, perfect for children. These rooms share a spacious “Jack & Jill” bathroom accessible from either side.

In the separate annex, you’ll discover an open-plan, cosy kitchen and a well-appointed living space. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, both electric and gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, various cabinets stocked with additional appliances, and a petite round dining table suitable for up to 5 guests. On the ground level, there’s a spacious double bedroom, along with a family shower room that conveniently connects to the living area, a wooden staircase seamlessly links the living area to an elevated mezzanine featuring two single beds and an en-suite shower for added comfort.

The villa’s outdoor space features a beautifully designed garden that enhances the private infinity pool, complete with its own deck bridge, the private pool boasts vibrant underwater lights that can be customized to create a soothing or thrilling ambiance as desired. Furthermore, there’s a smaller pool perfect for kids and a hot-tub Jacuzzi (optional extra) for added relaxation. There are 2 BBQ areas, the first features a small BBQ grill, while the second is equipped for more elaborate BBQ preparations complete with two generously sized outdoor dining tables.
