This exquisite 3-bedroom villa is situated in Protaras, just a quick 2-minute drive from the resort centre. With its modern furnishings, expansive garden, and breath-taking sea views, Villa Elyse is the perfect setting for a tranquil, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday.
On the ground floor, the villa boasts a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, with large patio doors that open to the garden and pool area. The tastefully decorated living room features comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV with full satellite, and picturesque views of the garden and pool. The dining area seats six, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a seamless self-catering stay. Additionally, there is a twin bedroom and a family bathroom on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a large balcony where you can admire the stunning views. Another twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also located on this floor. All bathrooms are equipped with a bath and shower.
Outside, the villa offers a large, sunny garden with a private pool, barbecue area, outdoor dining area, and sun loungers, perfect for long days of sunbathing and relaxation.
WIFI and air-conditioning are included throughout the villa.

Ne a plăcut totul. Este un loc foarte liniștit, piscina foarte curată iar utilitățile casei au fost peste așteptări.Cu siguranță vom reveni la Spetses VILLA. Mulțumim!
Quiet location, easy walk to bus stop, small supermarket, restaurant at bottom of hill. Well equipped and unexpected welcome pack, lots of little extras e.g hand soaps, dish cloths, toiletries. Pool a good size and large covered terrace. BBQ equipment provided. Excellent communication throughout from Imagine Villas who also booked our transfers. The pool area only has 1 umbrella, even though there is a covered terrace 1 umbrella is definitely not enough for 6 people. We have been on numerous villa holidays and 1 umbrella between 2 has always been provided as a basic standard. We did ask for more but were informed that owners feel 1 is sufficient.

Lovely house, clean, roomy, good facilities, good and quiet location, friendly neighbors Was a bit hard to find the exact house in the dark (no signs, etc)
Had a wonderful time away, villa was very peaceful but only 5-10 minute drive from town. Would love to come back!
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Protaras. Das Haus entsprach zu 100% unseren Vorstellungen. Es war sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Kommunikation war stets sehr freundlich und fand zeitnah statt. Die Infos erreichten uns frühzeitig und waren vollständig. Der Strand, einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants waren zu Fuss gut erreichbar, wir schätzten es aber einen Wagen gemietet zu haben, der uns weit mehr Möglichkeiten bescherte.
