Verry beautiful and nice villa, well equipped and modern. It is a bit tough with the cleaning as they do cleaning for bookings of 12 days. A hoover will be really helpful instead the brush for a 1 storey villa.

Wir waren mehr als begeistert von Zypern und der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist ein Traum und wir wĂĽrden es jedem weiterempfehlen. Zu FuĂź ist alles zu erreichen: Strand 10 min. entfernt und bis zur Innenstadt 15 min. Wir wĂĽrden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen. Absolute Empfehlung!
We stayed at the villa for just under a week and everything was perfect - even better than the photos! The villa is extremely spacious, pool well kept and host responsive. The villa itself is in a complex with other villas, some unfinished, with hotels and supermarkets nearby. It is well placed - around a 45 minute transfer from Larnaca Airport, only a 20 minute walk into Protaras, and a 20 minute taxi to Ayia Napa. My 4 friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. A special thank you to Xenios and our transfer driver Costas for their excellent service and recommendations.
The villa was exactly as described and looks in the photos, beautiful and modern. There were also some essentials in the kitchen for when we arrived such as bread, water which really is above and beyond. The team were great in communicating everything we needed to know and helped arrange a transfer for us from the airport, the taxi drivers themself were really lovely and made us feel welcome, ensuring we were in the villa safely and ran us through some basic how to’s of the villa. Something to note is neighbouring villas aren’t finished so some of the days there were construction work, it wasnt too long in the day and not much of a bother. Due to this the tables and floors outside were a bit dirty. The hotel opposite also has loud music until 11. The location of the villa is great in terms of walkable to a small supermarket, souvenir shop and the beach however the walk to the main protaras strip is down an unpaved road so can be a bit dangerous at night, taxi/bolt is €10 normally.
