This newly constructed 3-bedroom villa exudes luxury and sophistication, situated ideally in the sought-after Protaras resort area. Nice modern villa. Good communication with host. Unfortunately there are lots of constructions around the villa. On both sides of the street there are new villas being built. We were woken up at 07:00 every morning except Sunday due to construction work. Outdoor space was nice, but not as pleasant as it was supposed to be due to all the constructions around. Nice pol, but as communicated by the host, not heated and too cold in October for the kids to use. Expect a lot of construction work around this villa the coming 12-18 months.
The apartment was exactly as advertised - spot on! It was a beautiful villa with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and a private pool. When we arrived in the evening - the driver waited to make sure we got into the apartment, which was a nice thing to do. The fridge has some food and drinks for us, which was very nice since we arrived late. The area was very close to the "Protaras strip" - about 5-7 min walk to the north side which included at least 2 supermarkets. The beautiful Sunrise beach was also only 5-7 min away. Quiet area in the evenings, but be aware of the many constructions around in the area - not the best view + some building noise in the morning. This area is under development so many of these houses will be built as time goes. The fact that there were constructions + mornings noise did not affect our holiday in any negative way - we are already looking to book again next year. Very happy with the representation of the the villa - easy and good communication!
