To the West lies St. George and the beautifully stunning Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its charming harbour and seafront full of eateries and shops.

Villa Ivory is set over 3 floors, the impressive grand entrance hall on the ground floor leads you through to a cinema room with bar and feature fireplace, there is a fully equipped kitchen on this level with two washing machines, dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge/freezer.

The first floor has a large open plan living area with flat screen TV and large dining area, there is a further fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons including dishwasher, oven, hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, juicer, toaster and kettle. On this floor you will find a double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with a separate shower room, and a large balcony offering amazing sea views and one with direct access to the pool patio area, and a double bedroom with direct access to the pool patio area with its own en suite bathroom. There is also

an annexed room on this level.

The second floor is host to an additional living area with large flat screen TV with English speaking channels. On this level you will find the master bedroom with large en suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower, and a balcony to enjoy wonderful sea views and sunsets. Another double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) enjoys the same views from the shared balcony with access to a separate family shower room and an additional double bedroom (which can also be made into a twin) with its own en suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool patio area. There is also an annexed room on this level.

The amazing pool area is at the rear of the villa with a backdrop of beautiful natural stone. There is an open air lounge area dominated by impressive towering pillars, a decked area leads the way to a fantastic swimming pool with Roman steps (heating optional extra) and an adjacent circular pool featuring a waterfall effect. There are al fresco dining facilities, luxury sun loungers, BBQ, and sun parasols. At the far corner of the pool patio area, a lovely semi-circular covered seating area provides you with an additional aspect to this unforgettable villa!
