This luxurious and brand-new 5-bedroom, 3-storey villa is situated in a prime, central Ayia Napa location, just minutes from Nissi Avenue and its beautiful beaches and amenities. Villa Juniper boasts contemporary design and is fully equipped with modern furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable stay.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and ultra-modern open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, all adorned with large patio doors that open to the garden and pool. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a widescreen Smart TV with satellite channels, and a Wi-Fi connection. The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs for 10 people, while the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils for a delightful self-catering experience. One of the five bedrooms, complete with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor.
On the upper floor, you'll find three more bedrooms: one double and two twin rooms. The master bedroom includes an en suite bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms are furnished with wardrobes and bedside cabinets. Additionally, there is a main family bathroom with a shower on this floor.
The lower ground floor, accessed from the living room, houses the remaining bedroom with two single beds and access to the veranda. This floor also features another bathroom with a shower, along with a communal area equipped with a full-sized foosball table and table tennis for your entertainment.
Outside, the expansive garden is a true highlight, offering a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, an outdoor shower, a large dining area with seating for 10 people, an additional seating area with comfortable sofas, sun loungers, and a large private pool, perfect for soaking up the Cyprus sun. Pool heating is available for an extra daily charge.
Villa Juniper is equipped with full air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout.

We spend our Christmas at Kuba 4 and the place was clean , big and spacious. The communication was brilliant. No complains. walking distance to the shops, easy to drive there.
Exactly as explained on description. Pool cleaners absolutely delightful. Anything we asked for was sorted as quickly as possible.

We had a great time at Kube 4 villa. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Would absolutely recommend staying there!
