Welcome to Villa Tropical. This brand new, luxurious villa is ideally situated in the popular resort area of Protaras, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, the villa is fully equipped with modern furniture and fittings for the perfect self-catering stay.
Upon entering Villa Tropical, you'll be welcomed by a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, illuminated by large patio doors that open to the garden and pool area. The living room features a plush corner sofa, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and Wi-Fi connection. The dining area comfortably seats eight, and the sleek kitchen is equipped with all the appliances you need, along with a breakfast bar that offers additional seating for three. A bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll discover four spacious and modern bedrooms, each equipped with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom includes a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and stunning sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds, while bedroom 4 features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A main bathroom with a shower is also available on this floor.
The expansive garden is a haven for relaxation, featuring a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, an outdoor shower, a dining area, a comfortable seating area, sun loungers, and a large private pool. Pool heating is available for an additional daily charge.

We felt like home at Xenios's place, we found all we need, the cleaning was excellent and he tried to help us whenever needed, the heating of the pool could have been better but we really enjoyed our stay in his place.

Great place to stay for a family holiday very close to beach restaurants and bars. We had a few small problems with safe and tv but after messaging the host this was resolved within an hour great response. Would highly recommend and will be back.
The house was great, enough space for 7 adults and clean when we arrived. We received information on our stay proactively with recommendations for the area. The area itself is really touristic and even off-season the beach was extremely full. All together it was a great stay!
Villa exactly as pictured and described, perfect for large groups of families/friends with spaced out rooms. Very close walk to everything, shops, beach etc. There is building going on next to the villa so during weekdays you will hear a building site but other than that there are n o other inconveniences. Great villa & great host!
Thank you for a lovely stay - spacious Villa with great sized pool, walking distance to restaurants, beach and shops. Xenios kindly helped to arrange airport transfers and early check in/check out. A couple of minor issues which were sorted early on.
