Bang on the cutest little beach, perfect for gently immersing yourself in the crystal clear waters and gliding between the rock formations out to the deep blue yonder and safe enough for the little ones when kept by the shore and within the little bay.
Not only the best location visually, you have plenty of eateries and watering holes within walking distance and Coral Bay with its blue flag beaches, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, and bustling strip with an array of restaurants, bars and shops is only around a 7 minute drive. Further west is St George and the beautiful nature reserve The Akamas Peninsula. Back east you will find the mediaeval port at Kato Paphos alongside the charming harbour and seafront full of eateries, bars & shops, and a visit to the Old Town of Paphos with its daily market and quaint streets must go on your itinerary.
Villa Vista is an impressive deluxe property that could never disappoint. Set over 4 floors, the open plan ground floor area boasts a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (or Nintendo Wii) plus games, a dining area and super modern kitchen kitted out with everything you need including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer & Nespresso coffee machine. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with en suite shower, a twin bedroom and a family shower room.
On the lower level there is an annexed room that can sleep 2 guests, with patio doors leading to the outside, plus a pool table. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, and balcony with sea views, a double bedroom with en suite shower and twin bedroom with en suite shower.
If things could get any better, you can ascend one more floor and you will reach the fabulous rooftop terrace complete with soft seating area and sensational hot tub (optional extra) which has built-in Bluetooth speakers and illuminated bubbles. What better spot to watch a perfect sunset at the end of a perfect day, just remember to bring the fizz!
The outdoor space brings a whole new world of its own, the decked area hosts an al fresco dining area, a pool bar, luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas and BBQ, all overlooking the amazing infinity pool in front of a lush green lawn and all perfectly positioned to enjoy the breath-taking view from morning ’til night, it’s picture postcard perfect. There is also a ping pong table for your entertainment.

We just got back from an amazing stay at Villa Vista in Cyprus, and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! There were four of us, and the place was absolutely perfect for a chilled-out friends' getaway. The view from the rooftop hot tub? Unreal. We spent so many evenings up there watching the sunset with a drink in hand—total bliss. The villa itself is super modern and spacious, with everything you need. We loved the private pool and the games room—plenty of space to hang out or do your own thing. It’s also in a great spot, close to Coral Bay and loads of restaurants and shops, but still peaceful enough to really relax. The guest services were super helpful and made everything easy from start to finish. Honestly, we’d go back in a heartbeat. Can’t recommend it enough if you’re looking for a luxe, laid-back spot with friends!
We had an amazing vacation at Vila Vista in Cyprus! The villa is in the best location—just steps from a beautiful beach. Everything in the house is perfect and fully equipped, down to the smallest detail. The pool and jacuzzi are in excellent condition and made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen has everything needed to cook any meal, though there are also many great restaurants nearby, both walking and a short drive away. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always quick to respond and even allowed us a late checkout free of charge. We felt truly welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
The only reason I took one star off was because the rooftop hot tub wasn’t heating - which was such a shame. However Cyprus Villa Retreats refunded the heating payment without me even asking. They were very helpful and responded to any e mails promptly.
