Villa Almara is an amazing four-bedroom seafront villa, centrally located in Protaras, offers a lavish retreat for those seeking the perfect getaway. On the ground floor, an expansive open-plan layout welcomes you, comprising a stylish living area, well-appointed kitchen, and spacious dining space. The living room boasts a cosy corner sofa, complemented by a widescreen satellite TV featuring an array of channels including Full UK satellite and Russian programming, along with a DVD Player. Large patio doors seamlessly connect the indoor space to the lush garden and breath-taking sea vistas. Additionally, a ground-floor bedroom with two single beds and a separate family shower room offer convenience and comfort.
Ascending to the upper level reveals three generously proportioned bedrooms. The master suite features an en suite bathroom with shower, a plush double bed, and access to a shared balcony overlooking the azure sea. Bedroom 2 offers a double bed and a private balcony, while bedroom 3 provides two single beds and access to the shared balcony. We've had an amazing stay. Clean facilities, very attentive host. Great location. Great pool, safe for the kids. Excellent stay, would reccommend.
The location, views and spacious interior were extraordinary. The only things that were off was outdated kitchen - the oven, the dishwasher (hardly worked), the toilet flusher was stuck, there were only 6 forks, small selection of bowls, tableware, the fridge is really old and small for a house like that, and it hummed constantly. I really hope the owners or agency will address these issues, since villa in such a great location, with spectacular views deserves to be at least decently updated!
Really nice place and really good location right at the Turtle cove where you can swim with turtles. Walking distance to the Protaras city center and the famous fig tree bay. Would definitely come here again. Some small things can be improved but over all it’s a really nice place and during our one week stay we had two pool men coming twice to clean the pool which was really nice.

The property could have been fantastic. It was spacious, in a great location and good size pool. Rooms were large and it had everything we needed. However, it was very poorly maintained. The pool was dirty daily with algae on the side and on inflatables, despite reporting this and it being cleaned it kept returning as it wasn’t properly filtered. The skimmers and filter baskets were missing and the pool leaked. As the water dropped and refilled all the dirt came back out. We had to fill the pool up daily and try and clean it the best we could. The tiles kept falling off the side throughout. All of which was reported. The chlorine tablets weren’t going into the filter system and were thrown in the skimmer areas. Inside there were multiple damages and breakages and many previous faults had been bodged. It needs some proper maintenance, mostly on the swimming pool to make it a great holiday villa and we left a bit dissapointed.
We are very satified with our stay in this villa, and will definately be back. Upon arrival it was clean, as described and check-in was super easy. The host was very friendly, communicated and answered our questions very fast. I have only positive things to say about both the villa and the host, we will be back soon.
