This luxurious villa, newly built and situated in the renowned resort area of Protaras, is just a 5-minute walk from pristine beaches, vibrant shops, restaurants, and bars. Designed with comfort in mind, the villa boasts brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and rejuvenating self-catering stay.
Upon entering Villa Bliss, guests are greeted by a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area surrounded by expansive patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The living room features a cosy corner sofa, a widescreen TV with Satellite channels, and reliable WIFI connection. The dining area comfortably seats 8 guests, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances for a seamless self-catering experience, complemented by a breakfast bar with additional seating for 3. A convenient bathroom with a shower is also located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, guests will find four modern and spacious bedrooms, each complete with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom with a shower, a double bed, and breath-taking sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 offer two single beds each, while bedroom 4 features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, a main bathroom with a shower is available on this floor.
Outside, Villa Bliss' expansive garden beckons with a barbecue area equipped with a worktop and sink, an outdoor shower, a dining area, comfortable seating, sun loungers, and a generously sized private pool.

Overall, we had a very pleasant time at this location and would recommend it to others, provided they know what to expect regarding the noise. The property was exactly as described and pictured online. The photos were accurate, which we always appreciate. The private pool area was a major highlight of our trip, very well-maintained. We also found the bedding to be very comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The best part was the easy walk to the beach, it made daily excursions incredibly convenient. The one significant drawback was the ongoing construction in the surrounding area. This created noticeable noise throughout the day, and unfortunately, some dust as well. It did detract from the overall tranquility we were hoping for during our stay. If you plan to be out and about during the day, this place is a wonderful base. If you're looking for a quiet, all-day retreat by the pool, you might want to check if the construction status.
