This brand new, luxurious villa is perfectly situated in the popular resort area of Protaras, just a 5-minute walk from the beaches, shops, restaurants, and bars. Fully equipped with new furniture and fittings, this villa guarantees a comfortable and relaxing self-catering stay.
Upon entering Villa Bonita, you'll be greeted by a contemporary open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area, surrounded by large patio doors that lead to the garden and pool area. The living room features a cosy corner sofa, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and a Wi-Fi connection. The dining area seats eight, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for your stay, including a breakfast bar with additional seating for three. One bathroom with a shower is conveniently located on the ground floor.
Upstairs, you'll find four spacious and modern bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and widescreen TVs. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a double bed, and stunning sea views. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have two single beds, while bedroom 4 features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A main bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.
Outside, the expansive garden offers a barbecue area with a worktop and sink, an outdoor shower, a dining area, a comfortable seating area, sun loungers, and a large private pool. Pool heating is also available for an extra daily charge.

Die villa sieht sehr modern aus und befindet sich in perfekter Lage. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und sehr schöne Strände. Wir durften den Pool vom Nachbar verwenden. Im Innenraum hallt es sehr, die Türen sind dadurch sehr laut und die Wände sind sehr hellhörig
Vila este curată și luminoasă, electrocasnicele de foarte bună calitate, curtea îngrijită și vederea superbă spre mare de pe terasă. Stația de autobuz foarte aproape și personalul amabil și mereu disponibil. Împrejurimile, este la capătul stațiunii Protaras spre Cape Greco și peisajele din jur nu sunt deloc atractive. Ușile de la camere nu se închid bine, una din camere este foarte mică și înghesuită. Spațiile de depozitare sunt limitate și noptierele mici și deloc utile. Nu există plase de insecte la ferestre și fiind copaci și verdeață multă în curte, au intrat foarte mulți țânțari și păianjeni, iar unul din copii este alergic la pișcătura de țânțari și dimineață s-a trezit plin de bube mari, inițial noi crezând ca este vorba de ploșnițe. Am verificat saltelele și nu există așa ceva, dar ar fi bine sa fie plase la ferestre și uși, așa am stat mereu cu grija sa închidem ușile si ferestrele și nu am putut aerisi de frica alergiei copilului.
Mycket nöjda med våra två veckor. Boende levde väl upp till våra förväntningar. Men om man ska önska något så kunde finnas trevligare dricksglas. Det fanns, med var lite udda. Det vi även saknade var en kaffebryggare. Men det fanns visserligen en mindre espresso maskin. Det vi även märkte var att vi var lite sena på säsongen (börja/mitten av november). Många supermarcados och restauranger började stänga. Så där blev utbudet lite sämre för var dag som gick. Mycket nöjda med boende och kan verkligen rekommenderar det.
