Villa Daisy is a luxury villa situated in the Universal area of Kato Paphos. Located just a 5-minute drive from the sandy Sodap Beach, with its crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea and further along to Paphos Harbour, where a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops can be found.
Step into this inviting villa and be greeted by a spacious open-plan living area designed for relaxation and socialising. The living room boasts a variety of plush sofas and seating arrangements, complemented by a stylish dining area perfect for shared meals.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances to enhance your stay. On this level, you’ll find three elegantly appointed bedrooms: two double rooms, one with an en suite bathroom, and a comfortable twin bedroom. For added convenience, there’s also a family shower room and a guest cloakroom. Venturing upstairs you will find the further 3 bedrooms, two double bedrooms, one with en suite shower and a twin bedroom. On this level, a cosy lounge area and a beautifully appointed kitchen have been thoughtfully designed for your comfort.
Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where a beautifully designed pool awaits for refreshing swims under the sun. Unwind by the poolside with comfortable soft seating, or gather around the BBQ for a sizzling grill session. Enjoy alfresco dining at its best with a charming outdoor dining area, perfect for leisurely meals amidst a picturesque setting. Whether lounging by the pool or savouring a meal al fresco, this outdoor space offers a blend of relaxation and enjoyment.

We have had a smashing week. Very spacious villa - room for me and my sister’s family to enjoy! Loads of areas to sit - loads of bedrooms and bathrooms! Two kitchens! Pool in the sun 🌞 Lovely hosts that really go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly. 5 mins walk to a couple of great supermarkets. A lovely snack bar and a good restaurant are also very nearby. The beach/town/harbour are a 25 minute walk or a €12 Bolt The lads all made use of a gym which was just down the road
The villa is absolutely beautiful with so much space. There is a nice restaurant around the corner but it is a slight walk to the main restaurants/bars or a 5 minute taxi. Hosts were extremely friendly, very responsive and always happy to help with local recommendations including a taxi. They were so thoughtful with kind gestures. A hairdresser attended the villa to do 2 of our hair for a wedding, recommended by Marina- she was great! 100% recommend, perfect stay here :)
Kleanthis was at the villa to greet us for check in. Gave us a tour and detailed anything we needed. Kleanthis was also there when we checked out which was nice. Villa is very spacious, has everything you need and so many areas you can just chill out in. Pool was fantastic and got lots of use. Plenty of outdoor space and room for at least 3 cars if needed on the drive. We had a great time. Thank you

I just want to say a massive thank you to Marina and also her husband Kleanthis. I booked Villa Kristia for my groomsman’s. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us, plenty of bathrooms and toilets. The Villa was clean inside and outside. Marina and Kleanthis were very responsive from the moment we booked, checking in, throughout our stay and also checking out which made it very easy. Kleanthis also arranged us minibuses on numerous occasions and greeted me personally at the Villa on my arrival and check out. He also wished us good luck on my wedding day which made it personable. Great host, great place, would 100% recommend.
we had a fantastic stay at Villa Kristia with our extended family for our wedding. plenty of space - much bigger than it looks on photos! Kleanthis was on hang for anything we needed and always responded quickly. There was wine in the fridge for us when we arrived and a bowl full of fruit, and they also sent us a gift the day after the wedding. There is a greay restaurant and small shops within walking distance.
