For an additional charge, a sixth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed, situated in the basement, offers lodging for another 2 guests.
Ensuring peace of mind, the property is equipped with state-of-the-art smart lighting technology and exterior security cameras, while access is restricted solely to the main gate controlled by remote entry for maximum security. Ample parking is provided with both an internally secured parking space and an additional uncovered area.
