This stunning, brand-new 5-bedroom villa is perfectly located just a few minutes' walk from the vibrant resort areas of Protaras and Pernera. A mere 5-minute stroll will take you to the nearest beach, as well as a wide array of bars, restaurants, and shops. Newly built and fully equipped with modern furniture and fittings, this villa ensures a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.
Upon entering Villa Jasper, you are greeted by a spacious open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room boasts comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV with satellite channels, and a WI-FI connection. The sleek, modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need for your self-catering stay and includes a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors that open up to the expansive, landscaped private garden and pool/BBQ area outside. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: two doubles and one twin. The master double bedroom suite features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A main bathroom with a shower serves the other two bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning, and bedside cabinets.
The lower ground floor, accessible from the main living area, houses two additional bedrooms, both with double beds and patio doors that lead to a staircase up to the pool and garden area. This level also includes a bathroom with a shower, along with a separate utility area with a sink.
The spacious garden is an outdoor haven, featuring a barbecue area with a built-in sink and worktop for alfresco cooking, a covered area with comfortable outdoor sofas, sun loungers, and a large private pool with steps. Optional pool heating is available at 60 Euros per day, which raises the pool temperature by 5 degrees.
This luxurious 5-star villa, situated in a peaceful location yet close to the beach, is perfect for families or friends seeking a relaxing and tranquil getaway.

The villa was absolutely beautiful, in a perfect location close to the protarus strip, beach and tour guide offices. The transfers to and from the airport were great, we used them for a couple trips also, they were very accommodating and helpful. Communication was brilliant, quick at reply. The downstairs toilet id say was the only let down, just needs an extra clean and air venting. It was still lovely, and we would absolutely return. Great villa and would 100% recommend.
Not a great start to out holiday. I booked a transfer from airport through the Villa people and the pickup never turned up, spent first one and half hours waiting for Transfer. The Villa is a nice place to stay, and close location to main high street. Long walk round road toget to the high street but cutting through the water Mellon field was quicker. Villa facilities were ok, tap in onsuite bedroom was loose, water pressure was low as well throughout the villa. You need to ensure you read the rules for the villa, as Air conditioning uses gray box timers on walls to make it work. BBQ was rather old and we used it a couple of times, and lost some food on it, so use it at your risk! They need to provide a better one. Kitchen needs some more utensils and larger tea towles as the two they supplied were tiny. Over all we had a nice stay at the villa, lots of room and everyone seemed to enjoy them selves. pool was good kids loved it.
Amazing Villa would recommend to everyone
I and 8 of my friends really enjoyed our stay at Xenio's stay. They called the day before to check in on my arrival. Anytime we called, they were very responsive. The day we checked in a member of staff came in to make sure we were all set. The location is 5 minutes from Protares strip but isn't known too well by the taxi drivers so you'll need to direct them sometimes. The only thing I will say about my stay at Xenios's listing is that they didn't offer fresh towels or more toilet rolls. They expected us to wash the towels and buy more rolls which we had to do. Apart from that it was a great stay!
