The rear of the property unveils an unobtrusive pool, a capacious kiosk with a bar for enchanting alfresco dining, another kiosk with inviting seating, a rock garden, and a Grecian-style seating enclave beneath the shade of grapefruit and pomelo trees, complete with a table tennis setup.

Adjacent to the pool lies a self-contained one-bedroom apartment, accessible independently, featuring a double bedroom, a shower/wet room, and a kitchen/bar. This ground-floor haven, designed with accessibility in mind, boasts wheelchair access, support handrails, and a drop-down seat in the shower room.

The main villa, gracing the first floor, houses four double bedrooms. Each bedroom is a haven of comfort, complete with fitted wardrobes, dressing tables, bedside tables, and private verandas. The spacious hall leads to an open-plan reception room and a vast veranda, while the fully fitted kitchen/diner features an American-style fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, hob, and extractor fan.
