Villa Quasar is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa that stands as a beacon of modernity in the heart of Protaras, just moments away from the pristine shores, including the renowned Fig Tree Bay Beach, and a wealth of amenities.
Step inside to discover a sleek and spacious open-plan layout comprising the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The fully-equipped kitchen caters to your every need for a comfortable self-catering retreat, while the dining space comfortably seats 6 guests. Sink into the plush seating of the living room, complete with a widescreen satellite TV (offering Full English Speaking channels), as patio doors beckon you to the garden and pool area. A convenient cloakroom completes the ground floor amenities.
Upstairs, three inviting bedrooms await. The master suite boasts an en suite bathroom and a double bed, while the second bedroom also offers a double bed, and the third bedroom features two cozy single beds. Each bedroom is adorned with fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, and patio doors leading to the balcony. There is also a separate family bathroom which includes a bathtub.
Outside, the villa presents a spacious garden adorned with a private pool and sun loungers, inviting you to bask in the warm sun on leisurely afternoons. A designated barbecue area and outdoor dining set offer the perfect setting for al fresco dining under the stars on cosy nights in.

Everything how I expected: Close to beautiful beach and everything else is close in drivable distance. Very central and close to shops and tourist rental places.
The location is definitely a highlight—it's within walking distance to Fig Tree Bay, as well as a great selection of restaurants and water sports activities. The area is lively yet relaxed, making it ideal for a family holiday. There are also good bus connections to Ayia Napa and other nearby tourist spots, which made getting around very convenient without needing to drive. One downside was the pool, which was not clean upon arrival due to chemical treatment. Unfortunately, it took around two days before it was clear and usable, which was a bit disappointing at the start of our stay. Aside from that, the property met our expectations and we enjoyed our time there. With a bit more attention to readiness on arrival, it would have been an excellent stay.
Great heated pool for March was perfect. There were no lockers on toilet doors, which was uncomfortable. Everything else was perfect. Great location. Close to beach and shops.
Lovely stay here with frequent cleaners coming in to maintain the pristine villa with a lovely pool and great location.

Perfect villa in an ideal location, we had everything we required for a wonderful stay. The villa was only a 5 minute walk from the local bars and restaurants and also 5 mins from Lidl. The sun was around the villa area from early morning and above the pool all afternoon. We used the transfer taxi arranged by Xenios, thank you Costas who met us at the airport, wonderful man who also helped us on our last day when we checked out at 11. We had the best time and will be back next year.
