Villa Katerina is a charming 4 bedroom villa which lies between the beautiful spots of St Georges and Coral Bay with its lively strip and high ranked beaches. Further afield are Sea Caves and the Akamas and back east you have Potima Bay and the Old Town and Kato Paphos.
Villa Katerina is located off a main road with off-road parking inside the gated grounds. The open plan layout has a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 plus a dining area with dining table and chairs. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Master double with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom and one twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant mountain views and distant sea views.
The private pool area is accessed through a gated entrance and has plenty of space to enjoy sunbathing on the terrace. A large shaded pergola with outdoor table and chairs has a BBQ which creates a fabulous alfresco dining experience and the pool area has the added bonus of a ping pong table to while away some time until your BBQ is ready.

We have recently returned home from a week stay in Villa Katerina. Our family group included 4 adults and 3 children aged 2,4 and 10. We could not recommend this villa enough. It was clean , well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for both adults and children. The pool was a great size and maintained to a high standard. The location was perfect , not overlooked by any other villas, but in a great accessable location. Coral bay was just a short distance away with a variety of restaurants and shops perfect for the family.

2 weeks stay Me and my family 7 of us stayed at Villa katerina for 2 weeks. We got married while we were over there. It was in a perfect location and only 5 minutes from our wedding venue! The villa was very spacious and every bedroom has a bathroom. The pool was absolutely perfect the kids loved it! We hired the jacuzzi for 7 nights and I would definitely recommend hiring it, we used it every day! If we ever needed anything we would email and have a reply within an hour! Thanks again for a brilliant stay 👍🏼
nice villa to stay with lots of space, very helpful staff and supportive. there was quite a bit of debris and rubbish in the garden area just past the pool and side of the villa. the road noise was a little bad in the morning and day being next to a road but perfectly fine at night. villa is well equipped and pool and hot tub were nice. a little difficult to find and not listed on Google maps so just using the mavospillion road for directions was best. location is remote but easily accessible with supermarket near by. overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay !
