Villa Melanie – perfectly located, perfectly tranquil! An attractive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and distant sea views, perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Villa Melanie is in a great location, hidden off the main Coral Bay / Peyia road. It is situated just a 5 minute walk from the main strip of Coral Bay. The beautiful sandy blue flag Coral Bay Beach is also within walking distance. The villa is accessed from the road. It has a long driveway which benefits from off road parking inside the gated grounds.
Villa Melanie has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. One double with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms one with en-suite bathroom and one with en-suite shower room.
The beautiful pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off and to also enjoy the pool table, ping pong table, dart board and giant outdoor chess set! There is also a swing and slide for the little ones and for the ultimate in luxury, a brand new jacuzzi/spa (optional extra) – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body.
Experience luxurious hydrotherapy at its finest, with adjustable jet settings and an ergonomic design for ultimate comfort. Elevate your holiday villa experience with this indulgent retreat, tailored for year-round satisfaction!
To one side of the pool is a shaded terrace with outdoor tables and chairs and a BBQ which makes it great for alfresco dining. Also edged with small garden area with an artificial lawn area and shrubs allowing you to enjoy wonderful hot sunny days and warm evenings soaking up the Mediterranean climate. The pool can be heated (optional extra) if you would like to join us during the cooler months.

We had a relaxing time in comfortable and well maintained facilities. Some of the games equipment is a little tired but useable
Amazing villa. Spacious Rooms, very clean. There were 6 of us and we never once felt over crowded. Only 5 minute walk to coral bay strip. Private surroundings. Very clean everything you need for a home from home away. Plenty of parking. Hot tub was worth every penny. Hosts were fantastic always answered any questions we had. There are various fruit trees which were great for breakfast and snacks. Loved the dart board and various other games in the garden. The best place we have ever stayed. Very good value for money. Thank you for helping us create family memories that will last forever. We will be back. Thank you again for helping to make our holiday so special. We would 100% recommend this villa.
Lovely villa. Had everything we needed and more. Anything you could think of that’s needed for a week away with friends, you have it here. The pool is amazing, great size, comfortably fit us all in. Enough sun loungers for us all to relax and enjoy the Paphos sun. The only few downsides that I could say is the pool table could do with an update as it didn’t get used because it has a terrible lean to one side. Also, there is a bit of an ant problem within the villa. If anything is left laying around or spilt on the floor, youl find ants all over it within minutes. And lastly, it was a bit of a downer that we couldn’t use the hot tub free of charge, considering paying so much for the villa it would have been nice to have the opportunity. Other than those few points, the villa is exceptional. Thanks for a lovely week.
The villa is a perfect location for a family holiday, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough if you want more life, oasis coffee shop a 1 min walk, food and staff are fabulous there. Supermarket within 5mins walk and they will deliver your groceries if you don’t have a car, fab service. I will definitely return to Cyprus, everything was Fantastic.
