Villa Pelagia - A countryside haven for reflection and relaxation! Nestled in a superb location, this enchanting spot is just a stone's throw from the captivating Corallia Beach, whether you prefer a leisurely stroll of under 15 minutes or a quick drive, the sandy shores are easily within reach, ensuring you can effortlessly embrace the sun, sea and sand. It is situated just a 5-minute drive from the main strip of Coral Bay. The traditional village of Peyia is also a short drive away.
Villa Pelagia is a pleasant 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with pleasant countryside and sea views. Perfect for those who like privacy and seclusion. Sleeping up to 10. Located in a lovely, quiet cul-de-sac. The villa is accessed from an attractive residential street with off-road parking inside the gated grounds.
Villa Pelagia has an open plan design lounge and dining area with the kitchen leading from this area. There is comfortable seating, large flat-screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and a PlayStation 4 (available on request) plus a dining table and chairs. There is a well-equipped kitchen which has everything you need including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor with a separate shower room. There are 3 further bedrooms on the first floor. Two doubles both with en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. One double bedroom and the twin bedroom share a balcony with pleasant sea views and countryside views.
The large pool area with sunbeds and parasols is a perfect place to relax and cool off. A large shaded pergola with an outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ makes it great for alfresco dining. Also a shaded area to the other side of the property where you can enjoy a game of table tennis. There is also a pool table, dart board plus a swing and slide for the little ones.
There is also an optional jacuzzi/spa for you to enjoy – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body. 10 day stay in Villa Pelagia was really good, facilities were clean upon arrival and everything we required was in the Villa already!! Whenever we required any information regarding the Villa the replies were prompt and informative. Thankyou for a great holiday.
Vila puikioje,ramioje vietoje apsupta bananų plantacijos.Tai jai suteikė ypatingo žavesio.Pats namas kaimiško stiliaus,bet švarus ir tvarkingas.Baseino zona didelė,su biliardo stalu,smiginiu,bei stalo tenisu.Taip pat grilinimo zona.Virtuvės zona reikalauja atnaujinimo,nes keliose spintelėse jautėsi pelėsio kvapas.Miegamieji su vonios kambariais be priekaištų.Buvo minusiukų,bet praleista savaitė viloje buvo nuostabi.Pėstute galima nueiti iki jūros,netoli yra keli restoranai.Kelios minutės automobiliu randasi didelis prekybos centras.Rekomenduoju 100%,nes į visus iškilusius klausimus ar nesklandumus buvo atsakyta greitai.
Just come home from a week staying at Villa Pelagia in Peyia. The villa is a little bit away from the bars and restaurants so I would definitely recommend a car, although you could walk to the closest restaurant in approx 10-15 minutes I am not sure it would be a nice walk home down country lanes,just something to think about, car hire is reasonable and easy to drive in Cyprus! The Villa itself was fabulous, we had a small problem on arrival as we had no water from taps (bottled water had been left for us),this was rectified as soon as possible by a very friendly team from Cyprus Villa retreats. The villa and pool were clean,spacious and had everything needed for a fabulous stay. You are not overlooked by anyone so very private and we didn’t worry when we were playing our music around the pool. The pool was cleaned and maintained during our stay and as we had paid for heating it was lovely and warm. Villa Pelagia, you have been a pleasure!
Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und werden nächstes Mal wieder dorthin fahren. Von Cyprus Villa Retreats haben wir uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt, eine nette und freundliche persönliche Betreuung egal was wir erfragt haben.
Just got back after spending a week at the Villa. We always look for plenty of outside space and amenities. Villa Pelagia did not disappoint. A large clean swimming pool. Plenty of sunbeds, pool table, darts, table tennis and outside toys for the kids. Inside the Villa was spotless everything you need for home comforts. We had a small problem informed the host within a couple of hours a maintenance man came to fix. So excellent communication. I would not hesitate to my family and friends. Thankyou
A lovely Villa in a quiet, yet accessible location. We had a few issues with not understanding how to access hot water etc. but the team behind the villa were always super quick to respond, friendly and professional and despite me making a number of requests for help, never failed to be supportive and helpful, which made the stay all the more enjoyable. Worth noting we had the pool heated for our Feb half term stay, we needed it at 28 degrees it was lovely and perfect for our 10 and 3 year olds to enjoy as well as the adults! Thank you for having us and all your help.
