About Arabella
Villa Arabella is a beautifully stylish 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom villa fantastically located in Coral Bay Peyia Cyprus close to restaurants, bars and beaches. Coralia Beach is a lovely sandy beach with crystal clear Mediterranean waters and the equally amazing Coral Bay Beach is where you’ll find lots of thrilling watersports to indulge in and a stretch of golden sands to relax on. There are several eateries and watering holes in walking distance and the vibrant Coral Bay strip with its numerous restaurants, bars with live music, shops and a great little amusement park with mini golf right in the centre is around a 15 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.
Further afield the Sea Caves, St. George and the Akamas lie to the west. Back east you have Potima Bay and a CVR favourite the Sea You Beach Bar, the Old Town and Kato Paphos.
From the external steps and pool patio area, Villa Arabella welcomes you into a lavish marble covered wonderland, making it a brilliantly bright, white, light haven of luxury. The open plan downstairs area offers a large lounge with huge curved sofa and flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, dining area to seat 8 guests and a modern, contemporary kitchen with a central island and all the mod cons you will need. The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on this level which is a twin with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the rear garden. There is also a guest cloakroom on the ground floor. The marble staircase takes you to the 2nd double bedroom with en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit, walk-in wardrobe and patio doors leading to a covered balcony with pool and distant sea views. The third bedroom on this floor is a twin with en suite shower room and patio doors leading out to the covered balcony with pool and distant sea views. The fourth and final bedroom is a double with en suite shower room and patio doors leading to a balcony with pool and distant sea views.
Back downstairs, there is a full wall of glass patio doors leading out to your own private patio pool area. The large 10m x 5m infinity pool has walk-in steps for ease of access and is surrounded by quality sun loungers, sun parasols and has an outside kitchen area with a brick-built charcoal BBQ and dining table and chairs to enjoy wonderful al fresco meals under the warming Cypriot sun or on balmy summer evenings.

Lovely stay at Villa Arsinoe. Villa was great for 8 of us attending a wedding. Each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom which is a massive bonus. Pool was well maintained and equipped with plenty of sunbeds and towels. Location was excellent for the strip and beach both within walking distance. If we went further afield we used Sea Caves taxis who were excellent.
Exceptional accommodation, perfect for our family trip. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Great host and fast response. Highly recommend to all.
A wonderful and comfortable stay at Arsinoe Villa. It was very spacious for 8 people and we loved that all the bedrooms had their own en-suite bathrooms. The villa had a huge pool and outdoor area with a BBQ and was walkable distance to Coral Bay restaurants and the beach. The villa does look out onto the main road with no privacy which we thought initially may bother us but the area is quiet so wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend staying here!
This was a beautiful villa and In a really good location…. Could walk to many restaurants and the actual coral bay main strip was literally 15mins walk…. At my pace 🤗 Villa spotless and had everything we needed, also had a lovely wee start up package when we arrived which was a nice touch. Stayed with our daughter and grand daughter, they enjoyed the pool and the table tennis. Will definitely return 🙏
Das Haus war schön groß und vorallem die 4 Bäder sind super. Dennoch ist die Einrichtung sehr „billig“. Da merkt man leider. Die Spülmaschine ist alt und macht nicht richtig sauber. Staubsauger ist nicht vorhanden. Die Betten sind extrem billig. Der Rest ist in Ordnung.
We had the most amazing time! The villa was exactly as pictured—gorgeous and very spacious. The added bonus that every room had its own en-suite and plenty of storage. The location couldn't have been better, either. It’s an easy walk to the beach, supermarket, and nearby bars, with even more shops and restaurants just a slightly longer stroll away. Thanks again for hosting us!
