Villa Sanctuary sits up at the top of the mountains with an incomparable view over the southwest coastline. Back east to the Paphos headland, you can see it all and from the pool terrace and top floor balcony down and away to the west, you can see the Sea Caves and the EDRO III shipwreck, it really is stunning! Coral Bay, Corallia Beach and Coral Bay Beach, Potima Bay, the Sea You Beach Bar, St. George’s Harbour and the wild and wonderful Akamas Peninsula and National Park all lie within easy reach. You can walk into the charming village of Peyia where you will find tavernas, restaurants, bars, shops and a well stocked supermarket.
Villa Sanctuary is a unique 4 bedroom villa in true CVR style. The large open plan downstairs has a fully fitted kitchen with all mod-cons, through the first archway is a dining area for 8 guests and through the second archway is a very comfortable and spacious lounge with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels and PlayStation 4 (available on request).
The first of the four bedrooms, a double, is also found on this floor with its own en suite bathroom, there is also a guest cloakroom. Leading up the stairs there are a further 2 double bedrooms and a twin room all with the luxury of en suite bathrooms and every single one is perfectly positioned to take in that dazzling vista.
Outside the pool patio rocks the house with stunning views from its plateau terrace, it’s ideal for pool parties and lazy days by the stunning pool. You would never tire of that view, taking you right across the Paphos coastline and promising amazing sunsets each evening. The large private pool has Roman steps and can be heated during the cooler months (heating, optional extra), there is a covered soft seating area and covered dining area, an optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body. Stayed in Villa Sanctuary in Peyia, 20th May until 3rd June. Arrived late at night and had slight problems locating Villa however on trusting CVR google prompts eventually located Villa at end of track. Lighting over the Villas name would be a help. Villa absolutely spotless with amble bedding and towels. CVR also organised stair gate, high chair and little bed for 2 year old Grand daughter. Downside to Villa when we visited was building works going on from 7am until 4pm however that is not down to CVR but cyprus government building all over the island. Villa and pool was ideal for 6 adults and 3 children. Beach and fantastic Tavernas within easy driving, booking advisable and a car a must.Local Supermarket delivers if unable to get to them. We even had an old fashioned ice cream van drive down the track to us. A must after a hot afternoon. We had a fantastic holiday and would definitely book with CVR again.
A casa tem excelente localização em uma área tranquila de Pafos, com pequenos mercados, farmácia e açougue muito próximos. Fica praticamente ao lado de um hotel que oferece acesso a uma ótima praia com piscina natural e bar. Na propriedade, a piscina e as roupas de cama estavam limpas, a Smart TV atende muito bem e um problema inicial com o Wi-Fi foi rapidamente resolvido pela administração. No entanto, o imóvel deixa a desejar na manutenção e no conforto: o sofá estava sujo e desconfortável, há desgaste visível nos móveis, pintura e portas, e a cozinha é muito mal equipada, necessitando que o hóspede solicite itens básicos à administração. O conforto também é prejudicado pelo temporizador do ar-condicionado, que desliga obrigatoriamente após 6 horas, forçando o hóspede a acordar de madrugada para religar o aparelho. Além disso, a gestão é burocrática, exigindo check-in em site externo, e fornece manuais desatualizados, como a oferta de um aquecimento de piscina que a casa não possui.

The villa was great value for the price – spacious, comfortable, and overall a very pleasant stay. The only downside was that there were some fire ants around the pool area and inside the house. However, once I contacted the staff, the maintenance team came promptly and sprayed, which improved the situation, even if it didn’t solve it 100%. I don’t blame them, as I understand it’s a tough issue to completely eliminate.
Enjoyable stay. Great amenities/facilities, short walk to local shops and bus stop which takes you easily into either Paphos or Coral Bay. Great view from villa of sea, nice location and would stay in this area again.
A Wonderful Stay at Villa Sanctuary As we come to the end of our 10-night holiday at Villa Sanctuary, I wanted to share our experience. The villa is in a lovely position with beautiful views overlooking the sea. Nestled in the hills, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the local tavernas and bars, and just a 10-minute drive to Coral Bay — with Paphos a little further on. Villa Sanctuary accommodates up to 8 people comfortably in its 4 bedrooms, and up to 10 if requested. We stayed in the downstairs room and found the bed extremely comfortable — though I believe all the beds were just as good! Each bedroom is equipped with remote-controlled air conditioning and ceiling fans, which were a blessing in the high summer temperatures. Every room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the downstairs bathroom also includes a bath. The outdoor area is stunning. The private pool was lush and is shallow at one end and deeper at the other — perfect for relaxing or swimming. There are eight sunbeds and three umbrellas, providing plenty of space and shade, along with additional covered seating areas. There’s also a BBQ available, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need, including a dishwasher and washing machine, which were very useful. WiFi coverage around the villa is strong, and there’s a TV and PlayStation — great for families with kids, even though we didn’t use the PlayStation ourselves. For entertainment, there’s also a table tennis table and a pool table located in a covered area at the front of the villa. We had just one or two minor issues during our stay, but CVR attended to them very promptly and resolved everything efficiently. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely return to Villa Sanctuary
