Villa Searay is situated right on the seafront in the most tranquil setting with unsurpassed sea views! Just a short walk along the coastal path you will come to a fantastic beach bar, Oniros By The Sea, overlooking the stunning Sea Caves and the Edro III shipwreck. Two of the region’s best beaches, Corallia and Coral Bay, are just a 6 minute drive with the main strip of Coral Bay, full of restaurants, bars & shops is 2 minutes further on.
To the east you’ll find flavours of the ancient and modern worlds in the Old Town and Kato Paphos. To the west the wild Akamas Peninsula offers the promise of natural beauty and adventure.
Villa Searay is one of our most popular villas and you can understand why! It is set in large grounds with the most amazing views of the Mediterranean sea right at the bottom of the garden. The ground floor is airy and spacious with a comfortable lounge sporting a decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, a PlayStation 4 and games (available on request), a dining area and open plan kitchen, fully equipped with all mod cons, granite worktops and breakfast bar, there is also a guest cloakroom with shower on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a family shower room.
Outside is where this house comes alive, set in a large plot with a big 12×6 metre swimming pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers including a bedouin style double sunbed, sun umbrellas, covered outside dining & soft seating areas, bbq and an optional jacuzzi/spa with massage jets – introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! Enjoy a steamy soak in the winter, melting away stress, while promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. In the summer, bask in the refreshing cool waters, soothing sun-kissed skin and revitalizing your body. Experience luxurious hydrotherapy at its finest, with adjustable jet settings and an ergonomic design for ultimate comfort.

We enjoyed our stay very much despite some noise because of construction work going on in the direct neighborhood. All in all it is a great place and we can imagine spending another holiday there. There are only two reasons we do not give five stars: Only one bedroom has mosquito screens (and you definitely need them) and the matrasses in the bedroom with two beds are of poor quality and better be replaced.
Lovely villa, decor is a little tired inside but the pool area was excellent. Unfortunately (through no fault of the villa) there is a new house being built right next door with workers starting at 7am, so it spoilt the peacefulness and privacy of the location. Apart from that the villa was well worth the cost as it had everything we needed.
We enjoyed our stay at SeaRay. Thank you for sharing and accommodating us at short notice ! Extremely helpful and responsive when we needed directions to find the Villa and friendly host. Pretty surrounds and a great fully functioning kitchen. Cooper, the resident cat paid us numerous visits while we were swimming in the pool and we enjoyed the peace and quiet away from any street noise. Gorgeous villa in an amazing location! We enjoyed our stay so much, the place was clean and had just what we needed. We enjoyed the pool table and the pool was always clean and perfect temp in June! thank you so much, would definitely recommend!
VillaRay Villa is an ideal family holiday. Beautiful views, very quiet area. The villa was very clean and well equipped, the bathrooms are on the small size. There was a couple of issues but Cyprus Villas were very easy to get hold of and someone came out straight away.
