About Siena
Villa Siena lies right in the beating heart of Coral Bay, commanding sweeping views over Potima Bay back toward the Old Town and Kato Paphos from its rooftop terrace. Located in a lovely quiet corner but just a 5 minute walk to the main Coral Bay strip where you will find a multitude of restaurants, bars & shops.
To the West lies St. George and the beautiful and wild Akamas Peninsula and National Park. To the East past Potima Bay and the village of Kissonerga lies Paphos Old Town and Kato Paphos with its wonderful harbour and seafront full of souvenir shops, restaurants and cafes, perfect for people watching!
Villa Siena is a very modern villa set over 3 floors. The open plan downstairs has a comfy seating area with large flat screen TV with English Speaking TV Channels, PlayStation 4 (available on request) and fully fitted kitchen. There is a twin bedroom on this floor with its own en suite bathroom.
The lower ground floor has a double bedroom with high windows to keep it cool in the summer and its own en suite bathroom. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms with family bathroom and shared balcony.
At the top of the villa you will find a fantastic rooftop terrace with comfortable seating where you can get a good sense of this stunning piece of Cypriot coast with its lovely sea views.
Outside you have a covered area with al fresco dining facilities overlooking the private pool (heating, optional extra), luxury sun loungers, sun umbrellas, BBQ and a covered games area with pool table and ping pong table. There is also the luxury of a jacuzzi/spa with massage jets- introducing our versatile all-season jacuzzis, perfect for holiday villa guests! This very modern villa has all the facilities for you to stay put your whole holiday, but for days when you choose to venture out of the villa, the Coral Bay strip is just a 5 minute walk and offers you a plethora of restaurants from traditional Cypriot, Chinese & Italian, to Thai, Japanese & French, many bars with live entertainment, souvenir shops and a great little amusement park with a fab mini-golf course. The award winning blue flag Coral Bay Beach is within walking distance too, so you have everything within arms reach of your holiday home-away-from-home.

Will definitely use again! We had originally booked Villa Katerina, however CVR contacted us the week before our holiday to say that we had been offered Villa Siena as an upgrade, which we were delighted with. Location is amazing, 5 mins walk from the main Coral Bay strip, but far enough away so you can't hear any noise from it at night. The villa is beautiful, I would say the rooms aren't as big as they look in the photos, but that is standard really for holiday lets. The AC works well in all rooms, and there is blackout blinds and mosquito screens in all the bedrooms. Beds are all very comfortable. I did think there may be extra bedding as we were staying 18 nights but there is a washing machine so we just washed the ones that were on the bed. The downstairs bathroom using different plumbing to the rest of the villa, and it is quite noisy when you are using the sink, toilet or shower. The other two bathrooms did not smell great, but I think that is due to the sewage system not being the best in Cyprus. Pool is large, when we first got here it was freezing so we paid for heating and when they switched it on it was warm enough to get in that evening. We also paid for the hot tub. The pool guy (who was lovely) came every 3 days to clean the pool and the hot tub, which was great. Love the fact that there is a pool table and table tennis table. The BBQ was a good size. Lovely view of the sea from the kitchen/lounge, two of the bedrooms and the roof terrace. Great communication with CVR as well, can't fault them! Will definitely use them again.
Amazing villa and amazing customer service Seven of us stayed in Villa Siena in Coral Bay and it was a perfect holiday. Heated pool, hot tub, great location, lovely villa and facilities. Can’t fault the Villa or Cyprus Villa Retreats at all. 5 star service from booking to the last day. All the team are so attentive, helpful and friendly. Really great company. Lovely villas and locations. Great value for money. Would recommend over and over. Huge thanks to the team.

We stayed 5 nights at Villa Siena Aug 2025. The pictures does not reflect the true state of the property. It is not maintained. The water in the pool was not clean. Air conditioners stop every couple of hours causing you to wake up in middle of night. On the basement floor the AC water is going to a water container next to bed! Over priced for what we got.
The villa is nice and well equipped The main disadvantage in the villa is a timer on the air conditioners that turns off after two hours in the central room and six hours in the bedrooms, in addition the jacuzzi is locked and subject to a separate payment
